The most questions asked by people nowadays is how to change your life style to the best .knowing this is very fast topic .one side of how to change your life style and be more attractive and elegant is fitness
According to health expert there are useful ways to lose weight immensely in short period of time.
1.     Tweak your daily routine;
You decide to be on diet and count every calorie. But soon you are eating cupcake at the office or finger licking dish on hot date .no worries you still can do all those stuff and you stay fit .
In survey we have talked to many people who knocked off 10 to 50 pounds in just three months with some easy tweaks.
Start off with the first person who 10 pounds .he said that he used to eat 5 times at restaurant and by cutting back to just 3 times a week .he revealed that instead of large stake he orders small one with salad .
2.     Change weekend plan
On lazy weekend ;people like to stay at home either with roommate or with their kids .they get snacks and candies .definitely you can do all that but you just need to walk to the store with someone or your dog this way you burn calories stay healthy and eat as much candy as you want.
If you are off on weekend .you can do shopping .without even feel you will lose lot of calories walking from one store to another enjoying happy life .or if you are dad or mom  you can take your kids to the park this way you can have good time and losing some calories .
3.    Don’t skip breakfast
Some people tend to skip breakfast in their diet but they will have hard time because of hanger therefore they get snacks to keep their hunger down.
By controlling your breakfast your will reduce your calories gain .for instance; you can drink water when you wake up then after few minutes you can get fruits like apple those two thing well keep your body fit and provide some calories to avoid hunger and you will snack less.
4.    Gym and good partner
Good fellows will help you adapt and improve more than you will ever know .for example if you go to the gym by yourself you get to the point when you get tired and quit going to gym however if you have good gym buddy you keep doing all this cause you will motivate each other also this will keep you away from mindlessly staying in front tv .
5.    Good habits
Some people they have the habit to walk or run after long stressing day this way they get relaxed stay fit and healthy and lose calories .also they participate in monthly 5kwith their partner so they have wonderful time and burning calories tremendously .
6.     Meditation
Yoga and similar sport is the best way to relieve stress .practicing such kind of sports will help you find peace .think and react quickly to problem and the best thing is when you are less stressed you eat less.
7.   Sleep habit
Avoid staying up late cause you are going to put to much tension on your body .you will tend to eat after dinner which means calorie gain .besides in order to deal sleep deprivation you need more coffee and snack means more calories.
